I've had a slight rightside pull that is only noticeable at highway speeds. Its very gradual and only requires that you hold the steering wheel dead center. I also have this same pull in my E36 M3. Weird. Both cars were professionally aligned recently. The only thing Darin at West End Alignment said was that there might be a slight bend in my right side Lower control arm that required a pinch of adjustment (which there is NONE) which in returns may require me to replace the whole arm. I called today to get a price on the arm and its was $160 for an OEM from BMA Autoparts. I don't recall spending that much for an LCA, ever. Is it an aluminum arm? That seems like alot IMO. I know you can get 2 LCA and new bushings for an E34 for $100. Anyhow, what else can be causing this slight pull. Would replaceing the bushings help as someone else had suggested to me? I only have 55k on the car and bushing replacement at this point seems very premature.
TIA

Perhaps overly simplyfied, but is your tire pressure even, side to side?

It could be the crown of the road. Get on a narrow desolate road one day, and try driving right down the center.

I would try to find a very smooth road and indeed try to drive down the middle. Maybe the 241 toll road; that looks like a good test track

Correct the pull by adding PSI up to 4 lb. After the last check of alignment on my Z, the tech & I agreed it had a slight pull to the right. We added 2 more PSI to right front & bingo car tracked without constant correction...
