M44 engine swap
I wanted to ask to see how much is a going rate for a brand new M44 engine. I am interested in swapping one on my 96z3. There is a local place that says that they have a brand new one however I wanted to know what type of questions should I ask them regarding an engine swap.
What should be included? what is a good warranty? How much should I pay for the engine? and the swap? Typically how long (hours) does it take for a swap?
Any other important questions should I ask or I should know about?

First I would ask them why they have a brand new one?? It would be very rare for it to be brand new, either way if they are sitting on in it, I doubt its a fast mover for them so you may have some wiggle room on what they are asking for it
I would go new water pump, t stat, hoses,cooling hoses basically any wear or age items that are involved in the engine
