So I ordered an all-weather mat for the trunk of my 325xit from Pacific BMW on 11/21/05. I still haven't received anything, although they charged my CC that day. Worse still, I've called several times and can't get anyone on the phone to help. I've left two vm's and sent an email and haven't heard a word from them.
Needless to say, I'm really frustrated. Anyone have a contact over there that might be able to help me?

Pacific on the west coast and Circle BMW on the east coast seem to be the cheapest dealers to order parts from. From the comments here they do a pretty good bit of buisness on-line.

I ordered several items from Pacific several years ago and everything was great. Maybe your part was not in stock at the time. Did you speak with a live person or submit the order via the web?
