Hey guys, i have a little problem, when downshifting from 4th to 3rd gears grind  , not sure what that could be. Also when starting out hard at high RPMs clutch does not grip at all, once in the higher gear rpms stay just as high 4-5 and cars not going any faster,  |

Clutch is burned out. Time for replacement. Otherwise, it'll get to the point it doesn't grip at all and you'll be calling the tow truck. You don't wanna wait that long.

I was afraid this would be the diagnosis...time for a new clutch. I dont think ill get an OEM one, anyone knows a good aftermarket clutch ? Price does not really matter...to the extent of course. Thanks

Are you heel - toe double clutching? If that stops it, it could be synchros going.
