Any other coupe owners get a leak in the cabin?? I noticed a couple drips last week and for a second thought I was in a roadster. The seal between the small and large windows seems a little loose up top where it would connect to the frame, could this be the culprit?
Will try and get some pics and compare it to the other side and other coupe to see if I notice anything else.

I also had that seal go out. I noticed alot of wind noise coming from the front of my door. I kept thinking my door wasn't shutting all the way or my door seal was out. It turns out it was just that big "Blob" of black rubber at the top of "sail" window (or the small triangle window) was no longer "attached" to the metal frame. I just used some "shoe goo" and glued it back on. If you can peel that black blob back, then it needs to be attached...

The problem is the first piece of glass in the door window, the little stationary glass in the door. There is an adjustment on the bottom of the door that you can tighten (I think it is a 10mm). This will pull the top of the glass in toward the gasket that goes around the door seal. I had this same problem and one of the guys at the BMW plant told me what to do.

My '01 M Roadster had this same problem. When I took it in for it's scheduled maint. I asked my dealer to take a look at it. Luckily I still had 2 mos. of factory warr. left as they ended up replacing the whole "sail window" assembly, [window, seal, and metal pillar]. My thanks to BiLL Jacobs BMW Naperville,Ill for covering me on this one.

I'm going through this right now too. I used some black silicone - but then my car is black.
