Z4 Coupe to be built similarly as Z3 Coupe?

Sorry for the black and white image, but our work scanner only does B&W.

Road & Track November 2005 - Page 23

"In a surprise move, inside sources say BMW has decided to build a coupe version of its South Carolina built Z4 roadster, styled similarly to the previous Z3 Coupe. The Z3 Coupe was always a love-it or hate-it car, and Z4 roadster styling is already polarizing. Regardless, the new Coupe should be on sale next summer powered by BMW's new 255-bhp inline-6, with a 360 bhp M version coming later as a competitor to the Porsche Cayman S."

Wow - I forgot about that post.

Pictures seem slightly different. The one in Road & Track has a slightly different designed rear end the way the rear lift gate is treated.

I saw this in the store the other day and thought how embarrasing for R&T. Although I like their Pshop, its more true to the current m coupe.
