 Carbon Airbox

I was up all night (the thunder was shaking my windows and kept waking me up). As strange as this might sound, every time I woke up I kept thinking about the CSL airbox, and I still cant stop thinking about it.

Is there any way to make this fit into the M Coupes engine bay? I understand all the other implications (such as the need for Motec or some sort of engine mangement, extremely high cost, etc.) but is there any way to make this possible?

I know this seems far-fectched and probably pointless to some (esp. those who think I would be much better off with some sort of Forced Induction) but there are a few things that REALLY appeal to me about this application:
1. I want to mod my car, but keep the mods all factory BMW (Dinan doesn't count). I am planning on installing the Euro headers/cats/resonators. Being able to use the CSL's BMW factory airbox is a thrilling prospect to me.
2. I don't really have anything againsed forced induction, but I've always loved high-preformance naturaly aspirated motors. Thats part of the reason why I didn't even consider a Mistu. Evo when I was looking for a new car.
3. It looks AMAZING, plain and simple. I can't think of any other mod that looks better.

Well, after all this rambling... is this possible? Will it fit? What other problems can I expect to run into (aside from ending up broke?)
