I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I just replaced my center console in my Z3 3.0i with one from a M Roadster w/ leather and the french seam stitching. Because the leather is thicker than my old vinyl covered center console, the "rear switch frame cover" behind the armrest won't snap together and hold in place. I've noticed that there are parts labelled specifically for "leather" so I'm wondering is there an equivalent part that will snap in and hold in place for the leather wrapped center console?

the part i have now is: 51-16-8-398-470. this part is too thin for the leather

I found another P/N for this part: 51-16-8-407-211. There's no description about it, so can someone confirm if this is a "leather" compatible part?
