I bought a Firestone controller and have all the parts, and I have looked at Randy's instructions online. I am not much of a do it yourself person, I would rather pay to have someone do it correctly and not have to worry about it. I went to a local shop that does alot of BMW tuning and performance upgrades.
They are checking to see if this is something that they would be interested in doing. They bill at $97.50 an hour. Any thoughts as to a ball park what it should take one of there people as a first time install? Also the guy told me that BMW probably would consider this upgrade an after market mod and would void my engine warranty. Any thoughts?

Can someone point me at Randy's instructions? Mine has been sitting in a box for several months now. Need to get it done but wires scare me and MPire keeps threatening to install it for me. I need support!
