Get two jacks. One to hold up the car and the other to hold up the trailing arm.
I had to do it all by myself, so I took a 3rd jack to prop up the rear shock from the bottom while I screwed on the bolts from the top. If you've got someone to either hold the shock up from the bottom or bolt the shock down from the top, that would be good.
It took me 4 hours to complete the whole thing.
Keep track of which screws you removed - it's easy to get mixed up since so much of the rear interior has to come out. Use a plastic bag (that's what I did).
Get a trim removal tool as well. Comes in handy.
