Well I'm considering installing a computer chip to my car. But I live in California and you know how strict they are about smog checks and test only etc. Emmission problems. I was wondering if installing a computer chip like the conforti or something like that would prevent me from passing the smog check. If so how can i deactivate the chip to pass the smog check.
