Does anyone know if the springs from a 98 M coupe/roadster will fit on my 99' Z 2.3? There is a thread offering a set of free springs in Santa Monica. I want to get them if they will fit. Feedback appreciated.

They will fit but you won't like the ride height. Since they are stiffer for the weight of the six cylinder, they will raise your car!

A 99 Z3 may well have a 6 cylinder in it. If fact, I am not sure there was a 99 1.9 4 cylinder.
But the aluminum block 6s in the Zs do weigh less thant eh iron block M motors.

I guess I wont be getting the M springs. I'll stick w/ the H&R springs I plan to purchase. Thanks all for the feedback.

Sorry, noticed the title, you do have a 6 cylinder.
Do a search, this has been discussed before, but I don't remember the outcome.
