Thought you might get a kick out of this./Upon his return flight home from Fl. to Ma.after going to our first homecoming.My Father purchased a new Ford pickup truck which didn't suprise me.He has always had a truck do to his boating and his old one had put in it's time.
This is what shocked me, last night I recieved a call from my Dad.Seems a guy that he retired with from the phone company has a 99 2.8 coupe and guess what,he is selling it.Well knowing that I am flying up tomorrow for the Patriots game against the Chargers on Sunday.He informed me after he picks me up at the airport we will be going bye to take a look at it.Seems as though myself and all of you helped give my Dad a case of the retirement crisis car bug. Believe me I am shocked.My father was never a sports car guy. I know the guy who owns this car and it has never seen rain is spotless and has 28,000 miles.Just thought I would let you guys know.We will both god willing be at homecoming next year but it is looking like one of us will be driving from the north and one from the south.Thought you would get a kick out of that story
PS:What is gonna be tough for me is, it's a coupe Just kidding Shawn and company. Here's to having two Z's in the family and all of you helping him get Z fever
