Heat control
I twisted the knob to open the flapper valve for a little warmer cabin temp this morning and head something snap. No control. How do you get to this thing? What can I expect to fix? TIA.

There are two little "doors" on the left and right sides of the face of the radio. Take a small screwdriver and open each by carefully pushing the inner sides of each door toward the outside edges. This will expose two hex bolts, which should be 2.5mm. Unscrew them and pull the radio out and disconnect the plug and the antenna.
