My alarm likes to set itself off now for no apparent reason... there is no rhyme or reason to it.
Lock car with keyfob, walk away, wait X minutes(sometimes instant, sometimes hours), alarm goes off!
Anyone know what the common causes for this might be? I may just start disconnecting sensors.

this is the infamous hood button giving up the ghost. It's located on the radiator header on the driver's side.
Get a new one, disconnect it, or screw a rubber bumper onto the pad on the hood above it to make it depress the sensor farther.

The alarm still arms, but it goes off randomly.

Yes, it was the hood switch. Mine was replaced under warrantee and the dealer told me that it was a new part that superceded the old one.

This happened on my car as well. It was a faulty hood switch that made the alarm go off by itself.
