....or perhaps a self-destruct for people that won't accelerate to merge with traffic (probably not too many BMW owners, I imagine). Or administers an electrical 'stimulus' to those who sit at yields signs waiting to cut across the (empty!) near lane.....
There's only so much technology can do with regard to human stupidity....

Agree, if it can do that, it can also automatically print you a ticket. What a convenience. This saves a lot of time waiting for the COP to write one.
