| Just wait until they test a device that hands you a ticket in-car! The 6ers (and maybe all other BMWs, but I don't know), currently have a warning device you can program in iDrive to chime when you exceed a pre-selected speed. So BMW is getting ready!

So BMW is getting ready! | The old OBC (On-Board Computers) had this feature too. Both my E30s, My E34 and E36 had it. It was the M MPH button in the E30 & E34 and I believe it was Limit button in the E36.

Can you set it to chime if you are driving too slow?
We can use that for some of the boneheads in San Diego. Or how about a system that pulls the car over and shuts off the motor if you are putting on makepu and talking on the cell phone at the time?
