 2002 M Roadster for $5K?

Is this a typo'd ad, is there something wrong with the car, is it a scam, what??

This was a post-production car. Although it looks like it has the Business CD player, it can in fact accept cassettes. This car also has a special plastic rear window with a heating element. A unique option that was never offered even on the Z8 was the sunroof/moonroof. If the offer seems too good to be true, jump on it

looks like you've got a nice Miata. Anyway, there's obviously something fishy with this deal. Could be a simple typo (doubt it b/c it's in 2 places) or a scam. Might as well email the seller out of curiousity to hear their story.

There are a lot of scam ads out there now. They try to do a reverse on the Nigerian check scam, but instead of being a buyer, they act like a seller - they list cars for outrageously low prices to try to lure people in. Yahoo cas is full of them - I've seen a dozen ads trying to sell the same VIN from different listed locations and prices.

Actually, it's a very nice Miata. But, I owned a Z3 2.8 at one time and I miss the extra power in a big way!

I did, 4 days ago, but have heard nothing back. Riverside is a 400-mile drive from my home. If I felt the ad was serious, I'd take the drive . . . but I strongly believe that this is a scam.
