Just had dealer tell me the toe is out in rear of car?? Says there is no adjustment so I'll have to replace parts?? Service writer says mechanic will explain when I pick it up?? What could they be talking about??

You have a choice:
Bend the rear a-arms at a quality body shop Install k-mac or other eccentric bushings Install IE eccentric adjusters.

Yea I went down & visited the tech. Confirmed what you said. the real negative he says is tire wear- like we get long tire wear He said front is also out and suggested that it could be various little tweek items. Could be soft spring, soft strut, nothing specific, also said to first try adding up to 3lbs on rt side frt. Just like NASCAR

Front is easy to set, he should have set it.
Soft spring or soft strut will show as a ride height difference. Measure from center of wheel to fender lip. Andride height shouldn't effect toe, only camber, slightly.
