So who is going to help me do this at HC in the parking lot
Or who is selling a set and bring them to HC for me?

If you bring all of the tools, I'll help you do it under covered parking at Tapoco. In other words, I'll bark out orders and drink beer while you do all the work, LOL. Good luck getting a good jack and jackstands in the trunk with your luggage, and convincing Randy to bring the bushing removal kit with him. Sue and I have a shoe battle commencing, so I don't tihnk they'll have any room in their car.

I have a spare set, but I'm not willing to give them up at the moment. Order some and ship them to my address, and we'll work something out (if they don't arrive in time, we'll use my spares).

If Al can bring tools, I would honestly help do it in the parking lot, assuming it's not 90F or raining. I've sadly become very good at lowering or even completely removing the rear subframe quickly. But you still need to convince Randy to bring the bushing toolkit at least as far as Tapoco, and someone to bring a good jack and jackstands and everything else (torque wrench, sockets, etc.). Or maybe Dwayne and other locals can help out on the tool front (or air conditioned garage ).

I'm not volunteering to do a bunch of cars. I'd help do one, yours. This is my vacation, after all. But we do spend a lot of time sitting around in the parking lot before Thursday, and I'd be willing to give pointers if there are other psychos that want to do this in the parking lot. Just no real work on more than one car for me.

Not on your life!

And after a night or two of spirits at Creepy Hollow, I doubt you two would still have any interest in pulling off that project!

You can order the IE bushings in black, they are the slightly harder "race" bushins. If you requested the black lowert half of the bushing and used the green top half, I doubt you would feel any difference at all over the all green and they would look more stock. It is easy to spot the bushings even in black though.

Max, if you can take the car apart in the parking lot, we'll put it back together in my room with A/C on cold, making sure everything is just right.
Remember they did it in the Mayberry courthouse once, I'm sure we could do it.
