Given the ditch experience, I'd want an alignment -- given a side push on the rear tires can bend the trailing arm and subframe.

Thanks for pointed that out .... I started talking to that guy and found that I dont want his problems... Besides I just bought a local 2001 MZ3 without any bad history... I cant wait to take ownership !!!
