6-speed swap imminent -- looking for suggestions

Yes, my M3 EVO 6-speed trans has arrived and I am to pick it up tomorrow.
Then it and the coupe go to Taylor's in Pomona, CA for the swap.

What I'd like to get are suggestions of anything else to have done at the same time.
Butt reinforcement is not in the cards at this time and the differential is a 3.46:1 LSD.

Necessary items for the swap:
1. Shifter to fit --- I have a Rogue Eng. Octane shifter that is intended for this swap.
2. Shortened driveshaft --- this will be handled by Taylor's.
3. EVO crossmember --- have a new one that will accompany the shifter and car.
4. Rogue Eng. Trans. mounts.

Optional items; what does the group mind think is advisable?
5. Replace clutch disc (40k miles on it). This is probably certain.
6. Inspect/replace throwout bearing and pilot bearing.
7. Replace clutch hose with stainless steel braided hose?
8. What's the consensus on lightweght flywheels (remember, this is an S54)?
9. Something of which I haven't thought.

Keep in mind that this is not a race car, but will be street-driven.

IE subframe bushings? Or have you done those?
Rear camber/toe adjustment (IE weld ons or KMAC?)

I would change out everything to do with the clutch, (bearing, plate, clutch) even if it didn't need it. It's just that you're there, so why not. This is also a good time to do the SS clutch line.
As for the light flywheel, I have that in my S52 (bought the car with it) and I personally don't care for it. I wouldn't do it in my S54, and when clutch time comes around for the S52, I'll be replacing the light flywheel with the OEM one.
However, with 73said, there are others that love the light flywheel mod and would do it again I presume.
How much was the tranny? And where did you get it from? This might go good with my 3.73:1, or maybe I could go to a 4.10:1....hmmm but then I would be back to a 5 spd tranny as 1st gear would be useless.

I got the trans from the UK. Found it on eBay. It was $1400 plus shipping (another $400). I believe Mpire has an extra one at the moment. I think the 6-speed would be a nice fit with anything from 3.46 to 3.73 gears unless you are really into drag racing. The first five gear ratios are practically the same in the 5 speed and the 6-speed, so they will run about the same except that you have an overdrive gear for highway cruising.

Thanks for the input.

EVO Crossmember? I assume its the one that goes with the tranny?

I guess you could do the subframe bushings while your in there. Not a bad idea. Get the puller, trust me, its well worth it.

How much is taylors charging you for the driveshaft? Make sure they ballance it to 10,000 rpm. Its important. I still recommend L&M Driveline for the price.

I have two tranny options currently. Jukers replacement that he is too cheap to get with the insurance money, in my garage for $2400 plus shipping to you ~$120. Or a fully rebuilt unit for $2800 plus shipping from europe.
