I'm looking for a convenient place to connect to the circuit that feeds the door-operated dome lights in a 2002 M coupe; that's the circuit that energises when the door opens and remains energised for 15-20 seconds after the door is closed and then fades out. I am hoping to be able to connect to this circuit somewhere reasonably close to the centre armrest.

Does anyone here know of a good place to pick this up?
