Finally managed to get the diff back in the roadie on Sunday. Took a few photos of the install and finished result. Everything bolted right on up just like it was meant to be there always. Clearly care taken following Randy's instructions regarding measuring and then measuring again makes sure the result is an easy assembly at the end. The most difficult part is really figuring out how to apply the correct torque to the top bolts in the diff???? I haven't figured out a way of doing that but mine are tight!!!! She has never looked better from underneath - or behind for that matter.

This isn't OT, but man, that's the cleanest arse I have seen in a long time.

I used the RD reinforcement pieces supplied with their sway bar to reinforce the sway bar mounts on the trailing arm by positioning the plates above and below the original mount and welding them in place. The finished result looks stock to any casual observer and is now over 5mm thick which will never bend like the original. I also added 1/8" plates to the face of the open mount on the chassis and fully welded the edge of the original mounting bracket to make sure the new bars stay securely attached. With a bit of added chrome for some bling like the rest of the car it turned out real nice. Thanks to Jim and Shawn for their barn, lift, assistance and excellent meals. Would never have got started without your support.

Thanks mate - I've been so embarrassed about my rear end cause it's been very dirty for a long time so once we got started with Randy's bits there was no stopping the cleanup. The effort was worth it though Sheralyn thinks I'm nuts.
