1. What has to be changed to get the oil cooler mod to work on a S/C car? Is it just the location of the oil lines?
2. When doing the oil cooler mod, do you keep the S52 expansion tank, or install the S54 tank?
3. Randy, where did you get the annodized connectors?
Thanks!

Thanks! | i think it depends on which supercharger and which oil cooler.
Somer superchargers come with their own closed loop oil reservior/cooling.
The VPD oil cooler cap comes with a port for a supercharger oil feed.
It all depends on what systems you are trying to put together.

Thanks! | I have a Dinan (Vortech) blower on my car and an oil cooler purchased from VAC. You'll need the modified oil filter housing, lines and fittings. I don't have a complete parts list on that, but I have seen it on this forum, so I'd imagine you can find it with Search and some persistene.
If you keep the stock S52 radiator, you'll need to get some mounting points fabricated for the oil cooler. I put an S54 radiator in and it has the mounting points on the bottom of the radiator already. The S54 radiator by itself will keep your car cooler, so it's a good change and a drop in replacement.
2. I went with the S54.

if you use the S54 radiator and oil cooler and plan on having a supercharger, this is what you need:
S54 radiator 1711 2227 281 S54 oil cooler 1721 2244 084 Turner Motorsports Oil Fitting Kit x 2 four feet of -10 braided stainless steel hose -10 x straight connector x 2 -10 x 45 degrees connector x 2 and Randy's nifty oil cooler adapter block
I haven't done the install yet myself, but all the information was provided or checked by Randy, so unless I'm missing something, that should do it for you
all this information was provided by Randy himself, and he also gave me a source for the connectors and hose http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/gro...GroupID=PLUMAN

No heating problems on stock radiator. Im going to wait until the stock parks give out then replace the whole thing with a bigger system and oil cooler.
If I were to upgrade I will use this cooling system as a replacement that zeromagnus reconmended.
