Quick question on the wiper blades.

When at rest (park) should they sit on the glass or the plastic cover?

Long story short - bought a salvaged car that needs some work, wiper motor has been replaced and the hood fitment was off. (probably what fried the 1st motor....) anyway, I yanked all the parts and need to re-set the wiper blade arms in their proper position.
