Whats up guys, just ran across this sight tonight and decided to give it a whirl...Currently going to UTI down in Avondale,AZ and start BMW STEP (tech program) in February. We just brought in the new 645ci uber-coupe, and pulled the new SMG manual-auto in class today...Complained about JPM going to MC, and Ralfie going to Renault...

Still, exciting things have been happening lately with BMW, and I can't wait to discuss it with you guys!

What exactly is that?
I think it's the factory training course. They work on various bmw models.

BMW STEP (Service Technician Education Program) is a type of graduate school that I was presented to. I've been attending a secondary tech school for around a year, and BMW NA created a program for future techs to take (with the proper GPA, attendance during tech school). Its a 7-month program that places you as a Level 2 BMW Technician starting at 60K a year and has you working on everything from the Z4 to the newer M5 introduced at Geneva earlier this year. iDrive, SMG, VANOS, etc. take up most of our days...
