 2000 MRoadster Electrical Problems

I've been experiencing some electrical problems on my 2000MRoadster lately. First I noticed uneven illumination of dash board lights (about 6 months ago), then the cruise control stopped working (about 4 months ago), my CD/Radio automatic volume attenuation stopped working (more than 4 months ago, I think), and tonight my clock gauge illumination failed. Clock still ticks but the background red/orange light doesn't come on although the battery and oil gauge is illuminated. I checked all the fuses and they all seem to be working.

Does anyone know what the heck is going on with this car? I had taken my car in for service before and the dealer wasn't able to diagnose the problem other than to tell me that their "computer" wasn't able to detect the cruise control module. I am suppose to go back and have them look at it again but wanted to ask anyone here that may have experienced similiar problem. Dealer has been charging me arm and a leg for services. Thanks,

Have any electrical mods been done to the car? Like HID headlights?

No modification has been done to the car at all. I did experience problems with "SRS" airbag light coming on and the dealer replaced seat belt harness couple of times before.

Hey good news. I found the clock illumination problem and fixed it today. I opened up the center console and found the bulb in the clock was not making a good contact. I was able to push the bulb back into the socket securely and it lid up. It was little tricky getting under the center console. I had to remove 8 screws and lift the center console slightly and access the bulb from underneath the driver side. I wasn't able to completely lift it out because I think there were lot of other gauges and knobs attached in the front/back of the console. Anyway, one problem down few more to go.
