Crap, after 5 years and almost 94,000 miles, I get to fill out an accident form for the first time with my Z3! AAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!! Damn I was not even in the car and it was not even in my town.

The short story: I was parked at a house in North Austin, doing some business. It was parked on the street, it was a residental street. The wife of from the house across the road, was pulling out backwards out of her driveway, she was of course was driving a hella big Chevy Silverado Pickup - Extracab with the 8 foot bed and of course the truck was RED. She said that she did not see my car in her rear view mirror. He truck was parked in her driveway, guess she did not notice the Z3 in her neighborhood.

Anyways, the damage was to the hood only, go figure and of course her truck had no damage at all. Good thing is that it is only the hood, the bad thing is that it is only the largest steel stamped piece of metal in the automotive market....Any idea on a cost of a new hood? I will be calling a local repair shop and the BMW dealer in San Antonio tomorrow.

Damn, I thought that I would be able to make it through the life of my car. Damn I am pissed and sad. Damn, damn, damn!

Need to get the car fixed before HC....
