Ok, I can get a set of euro headlights dirt cheap. ($200) They are off a 97. I was thinking I could just pull the rear of the headlight off and mount it up with my lenses and such when I do the ProjectorZ DDE upgrade. What do you think? Is this possible?
Any help is greatly appreciated! I have to make a decision by tuesday.

Maybe my memory is going, but I don't recall anyone successfully using a Euro motorized leveling shell with the internal ProjectorZ bracket.
The internal clearances are tight for that ProjectorZ bracket -- you may break the leveling motor unit or just not be able to move the bracket.

But I'd expect some trimming of the ProjectorZ frame to have any chance at making it work. I had to trim mine just to have it fit. The lower forward part of the frame hit the headlight housing. I lopped about a half inch off of that corner of the ProjectorZ frame. Here's a pic of where it was hitting before I cut the corner off.

If you decide to try it, just do what I did in that picture. Put things together without the bezels and check clearances. With the number of times you'll need to reassemble the headlights, plan on spending a whole night removing all the stock adhesive with a heat gun and scrrewdriver, then chemicals (kerosene works and won't eat the housing, but it's a slow painful process and many dozens of quality Q-tips).
My money says Fred is right, the motors will push the frame against the housing/bezel. There's not much aiming range with the ProjectorZ in any event, and it's risky as is (at least with my housings and ProjectorZ). For one, every time I re-aim, there's the risk of high beam divergence due to the flex in the ProjectorZ frames. I wouldn't want motors on mine.
I don't really see the point anyway, since I'd never put a large amount of tongue weight on a trailer on this car and only one set of tires and suspension settings get used on my car at night. When I change things, it's for driving events (daytime), and they get changed back for the drive home.
Max's story is that he wants stuff on his car just because the Europeans got it. Ask him how to use his cruise control, LOL.
