A guy on Bimmerforums saw it on an E36 at the Nurburgring today but the owner didn't speak any English so he couldn't find out where the gentleman got it.
Is this something you think would be easily create-able? It sounds like a bunch of people on Bimmerforums would be interested.
Just an FYI. Does it look challenging?

It looks easier than M tri-color stitching.
We have made a few Mk1 and Mk2s that way and I could do boots that way too if people really wanted them.

You're crazy. M stitching is way cooler than 3 strips of vinyl.
