4.10 LSD E30 diff on eBay

If you are looking for "drag gears" for your coupe/roadster check out this auction.

If you buy this and are replacing 3.46 or 3.73 gears, I'll buy your old ones off you. 4.10 is just a wee bit too much reduction for me these days.

Well, I just ordered a 3.64 LSD from BavAuto, so I won't need it.

Bob, how much was the bavauto LSD?

Steve, I may be interested. Do you know how many miles are on the diff? There's another guy selling a 3.73 but its got alot of miles on it, and I would prbably end up rebuilding it. Also what would the price be?

It was $350 plus tax and shipping. The guy at Bav Auto first quoted $400 for it, but I said I'd get back to him after shopping around a bit. He then lowered his price to $350. Could I have got him lower? But I am satisfied.

I think 3.64 will work out very well --- same ratio as in E46 M3. If I were racing, I'd probably go to 3.73 or even 4.10 gears, but I think 3.64 will be nice on a road car --- especially after I get the 6-speed tranny with that 0.83 6th gear installed.

I guess you had to call them? I can't find any diffs on their website, and you have to sort by car.
