 Rocker panel/side trim removal

Car slipped off the jack yesterday and put a dent in the body panel beneath the door. The dent's not severe and the paint's not damaged. If I can get the panel off, I think I could push it back out. Bentley (old) tells me how to get the front panel with the gills off, but not the rear panel. (Duh, its not a roadster) Any help out there?

Its been a while since I have done it, but the two fender liners (front and rear) need to come out, there are hex bolts behind them. There are also 4 or 5 bolts under the car on the rocker itself, and a few more on the top side. To get to the top ones you have to remove the crescent shaped trim panel at the rear of the door striker (held on by 4 plastic easy to break white clips), and then the interior door skid plate (again, more white clips).

Not a huge project, but the first time it will ba a challenge not to break anything.

EDIT: Sorry...looking at the picture. Remove the bottom piece first.
