Was on my way to a buddies house to spend the night before continuing on to NM yesterday, and while on the Loop just north of Peoria I spotted a Pistachio Z3 headed southbound. I was heading north, so I didn't get a great look, but it definitely got my attention.
Anyone here? It was about 4:45PM.

Now that's a wonderfully unusual color combination!

Few things remind me of HC more than Karen's car.

| I believe hers is Palmetto Green, not Pistachio, which is a golder color:

| Correct. Pistachio was only available on the Z3's. For a complete shot layout of Pistachio, check out the 2002 Z3 BMW Sales Catalog. The second half of the catalog is on the Coupe 3.0, which is Pistachio for that photo shoot. I've seen one.. just once. I have to say, I found it "interesting and kinda cool" in the catalog, but seeing it in person... it is a really cool color. The guy drove off before I could "make him stand still for a few minutes".. hehehe.. (I was "stuck" at the gas station). I'd love to check one out more closely.
