Details and ITINERARY

Please try to arrive between 9:30 and 10. The closer you are to 9:30 the better chance there will still be coffee and donuts! Around 10:30 I would like to take the group photo in the lower parking lot...which is directly below the museum, enter off tassajara road (across from safeway). After the group photo, the first 20 coupes to register will move their cars up to the plaza for a few more pics. This will likely take until close to 11. Once the 20 coupes are arranges, each coupe owner will have a chance to drive their coupe up to the plaza and park in front of the 20 coupes for a quick pic. This will take a little while as we will have to send each coupe up one at a time. The museum is being very strict this year about number of coupes allowed on the plaza. After this is done...itll be lunchtime! There are several restaurants in Blackhawk Plaza...including a brand new mexican place that I hear is tasty. After lunch...a bit more socializing until the museum tour at 2:30 (sharp!). The group drive will commence after the museum tour has finished.

So to recap:

9:30-10 : Coupes arrive
10-10:30: Group photo in the lower parking lot
10:30-11: The first 20 people to register will move their cars up to museum plaza and individual pics of coupes + owners will be taken on the plaza
11-12ish: Open for mingling and checking out fellow coupes
12ish : Lunch
2:30 Museum tour
4: Group drive

You dont need to bring anything...quick detailer never hurts. The museum tour costs $6...Dorkfest T-Shirts are $15...and some cash for lunch too. Camera would be good to have.
