 S54 issues

Went for a drive Sunday. Driving up to my garage the low oil level light went on.
Checked the oil and it's fine.
Following pics show the bulletin that addresses this issue. Hopefully the contamination isn't lead. Will be doing a 4500 mile oil change soon (32K) along with a valve check/adjust.
Reading the faults, I also showed an exhaust cam sensor pre failure at 31713 miles.
The exhaust howl I mentioned after changing the clutch hose is getting louder an louder.
The oil and water temp are fine and the performance is better every time I take it out.
I plan on changing the engine to get all the updates, but wasn't planning on doing it in drive time.

Andy's car has same symptom of the low oil light coming on after shutdown even though level is fine. At one time, there was an SB or other tech document that basically said "check the ground and other connections at the oil level sensor before replacing the sensor". Indicating that sometimes the sensor is okay but the connection is not. I don't have it handy here at work.

We checked all the connections with the procedure BMW recommended and it checked out fine. We were going to replace the sensor on next oil change. I hadn't considered contamination as a possible fault.

Ron,
What kind of Fault Reader you have? I'd tried the one at Autozone but it desn't work on S54 Mroadster.

Is this under acceleration or always?

I have the Peake R5 FCXII.
I also have the vehicle explorer OBDII software which gives you the P codes.
