That Brit Coupefest post on RF.. someone said that the Euro spec M Coupes have the Z3C butt-endski. Is it possible that they have the Z3C front-end by default as well?? Quote: | someone said that the Euro spec M Coupes have the Z3C butt-endski. | The difference is the license plates. On the ///M, with the quad exhaust, no plates were put in the bumper (here or euro). Luckily, euro license plates fit under the chrome handle - so they keep our hatch (pic courtesy of Kaizu on BF).
On the US versions, the square shape has to be accomodated in the hatch.....
Since the Zcoupe only has the 1 set of exhaust pipes, the plates fit in our bumper and hatch is left alone.
However, the front bumpers are different between euro Z and M.

| That front bumper looks good with the euro plate! I have a euro plate on my front bumper (2000 301i coupe) that I ordered from Bavarian Autosport but the plate does not hug the bumper like in your pic. I had to kind of arc the plate to the curve of the car (I didn't use the frame that was sent with it at all) and it still doesn't sit the way I'd like it to. It looks OK but I'd prefer a better solution. Where did you get your euro plate? Did you have to custom fit it to your bumper?
