 Heated Seats for a Z

What is involved in installing heated seats in a Z-3 that doesn't, presently, have them and what would be the cost. We are talking about a 1996 garage maiden with less than 20K miles...

Can`t say what it would cost using factory parts($$$$ I`ll bet) but I had local trim/custom shop add one to wife`s Riviera for $250. (Leather seats/looks fine/works fine, add on switch in inconspicous location.) Call local car dealers and find out who in your area does this type of work. My .02

Ray,
I have a pair of heated standard seats from a 2000 2.8 in tan. Barely used. ( I replaced them a long time ago). Let me know if you're interested.

http://leatherseats.com/ and others (look on Ebay) sell aftermarket kits that work well, around $100 per seat. I put sets in three cars over the years (wife is a big fan). They could probably be rigged up to the stock switches without too much trouble.
