Thinking of buying, Good price for 03 Z4 3.0?

Newbie here....

I am looking at a couple of 3.0 Z4's, what would be a good price for a 25k 2003 Premium Sport package, CPO, and warranty? I am not sure if the car is missing any options, it seems to have them all. Currently they are asking 31k.
