Any PCDS's in NJ?

Whenever I see some random car doing 45 in a 65 (or 15 in a 35), I say to myself.."Must be from some other state." And when I pass them, lo and behold, it's a clueless person from some other state. Anytime I see a driver braking for no reason or driving erradically, chances are its from another state. Don't hate New Jersey drivers just cause we're a tad aggresive. . New Yorkers are the worst in NJ, not that I hate NY, in fact I love it, but New Yorkers generally have no idea how to get around in NJ. I was driving behind some guy from New York, and he came to a complete stop at every side street that he passed. This was a road with 35mph speed limit, and no stop signs or lights. Enough of my ranting...GO NEW JERSEY!!!!
