Wear and tear after 19k miles?! I bought my 99 Z3 with 40k miles and it seriously looks like new. Must've been abused for sure...

Read the auction carefully. Its a salvage vehicle. I reported it to ebay (hopefully they will take it off) as he states the title as clear. He has it listed in the middle of the small text so its hard to find. Very misleading. If anyone else wants to report it, that might help them examine it more than the quick once over.
