I recently purchased a set of BBS RKII's (18's) from someone local, however they did not carry spacers. I just ordered a pair of 15mm spacers from RogueEngineering? Is this too much, people seem to go with 10mm for BBS wheels. Can someone get back to me soon, so I could see if they should ship the 10mm instead. Thanks! Also, the offsets on these are ET38 Front/ ET25 Rear. |

Stock rear on an MZ3 is 8mm, so 25 - 15 = 10, should be about right.
Stock front is about 40 mm, so should be fine without spacers.

So, it should fit fine then? I am running a 265/35 in the rear and the rim itself is 18x10. The fronts are 225/40 at 18x8.5.
Side note: I originally thought the RKII's lip would be a little bit deeper, but it's not. However, the polished lip is a definite must! I'll post pics as soon as I get them on and when my spacers come in.

with a 225 on an 8.5 it will be close on the front with a 38mm offset but ok, the rear will be no problem
I'm not sure how PineKone came to his conclusion without having the wheel width and tire sizes

Doh, just figured from stock, didn't think about rim width issues.
Especially since rim widths weren't mentioned at that point. But anyway for a 5mm difference, I would try them out. If they don't fit,and 10mm is really needed, then order a set.

However, if it isn't, and I try the 15mm spacers (i.e. install them), then they are not returnable, so i'd be screwed.
He mentioned that i should used washers to determine exactly how much i need first. Good idea?
