Just had the Racing version Eisenmann exhaust installed on my S52. Made the decision after reading a lot of good posts on this forum - thanks to all. Install was not as easy as anticipated, but build quality looks great. Loudness is perfect. It is actually much quieter than what I had, but still has a good Bavarian growl while accelerating. Windows up driving is now a pleasure. The neighbors are happier, I'm sure, and my wife will actually ride with me again. Which is mainly good.
I have the 83 mm tips, which look awesome, but have the same resulting issue as others have had. I need to know how much clearance I will need to create so that I don't continue to melt the surrounding plastic.

Let it warm up, it'll melt enough space for itself - then when it's cooled trim the area to neaten it back up

I'm interested in seeing what they have for this brand.

Like this. A little more space on the outside because they expand out when hot.
