Reduced chance of curb rash with new pilot sports

I mounted a set of the new pilot sport PS2's on the car today. I was really impressed with how much they protrude beyond the rim. Much better chance of protecting the rim if an accident occurs.

That's good to hear. I ordered mine Friday, due Tuesday.

What sizes did you install?

I stayed with stock sizes on my PS2's, and my rate of curb rashing went down significantly. Maybe I'm getting better at this, but it's probably the greater wheel protection from the PS's.

But the challenge of getting the rash repaired is a powerful incentive. At least we have a guy in LA who can do the chrome shadow finish.
