 Good News/Bad News

The good news is that I have some new photos of my new M coupe (aka "The Ghost Who Rolls") In front of some vintage Burma-Shave signs!
The signs read: "I use it too // The bald man said // It keeps my face // Just like my head" in case you can't read them all.

The bad news is that in getting to the place to take the photos I managed to scrape my front bumper on a high curb. Time to hit the body shop -- I hope I can get it repaired before Bimmerfest!

That's a shame about your bumper.

The car looks great....VERY aggresive.

Poor car! I'm finding it hard to gauge how far to pull my car into a space with a concrete curb or stopper and I'm always cringing when I hear that "scrape" - like nails on a board.
I hope you haven't acquired the road rash that I did!
We'll learn to judge things better --- won't we?

Is that by Ontario Airport? It looks familiar...off Jurupa right?

You nailed it! North side of Jurupa just East of Archibald. It must be one of the last complete sets of Burma-Shave signs left.
BTW, the road rash is going to set me back $550. But I'll have it fixed before Bimmerfest!

Hi Bob,
Whilst you're getting the road rash cleaned up, why not ask them to fill up the number plate holes at the front while they're at it?
