Recently discovered this forum, purchased an 00 2.8 roadster (cosmo/impala/ 7500 miles) last fall.
Enjoy the car alot, although this has been diminished by reading this board and seeing the incidence rate of failures. Cracking unibodies! Have owned many special interest cars and motorcycles and expect to give them extra maintenance/attention, but have never encountered a design flaw of this severity. Oh well, it is great fun to drive. I also must say, I admire the "investigative tinkering" of Randy Forbes! Here`s my question; is it permissable to advertise BMW parts in this Forum?

In general, posters in this forum who regularly contribute content can post occasional private (ie: you are not a business, you do not have a business license, you do not accept credit cards, etc.) for sale ads and/or off-topic posts.
If you want to sell lots of parts and make lots of for sale posts, you should either (1) post them in the classifieds section or (2) contact the admins about becoming a sponsor. Compared to most boards, Bimmerfest sponsorship is not very expensive.
