That's the auxiliary fan (I think the ETK calls it 'ADDITIONAL FAN').
What's wrong with yours?

I ran off the road with my baby and the fan got broken in half, together with AC condenser, bumper, fog light, and rear bumper got nicely torn off. Oh yea bent a rim and blew both front tires,  . No one to blame but me
