I recently purchased a Z31.9 96-it failed the emissions test because the RMV test sid the vehicle chip was throwing a red flag and prevnting the two computors to connect.The advice was drive the car until it completes its cycle then all should be fine-noone knows how long the cycle is -I have done 350 miles and still the cycle isnt complet-anyone got any ideas-I am running with an R sticker and 30days left to go
