 HID Headlights

Has anyone upgraded or replaced there headlights with HIDs? Does BMW make an HID Headlight kit for the S54 M Roadster? Any suggestions on aftermarket companies? Should I do just low beams or both high and low? Also has anyone done Euro Style headlights? If so are they a BMW part or an aftermarket company, any feedback on this stuff would be great? I am trying to take care of some new mods before I get my car on the road this season.

-there is no OEM kit

-try umnitza or SPP or lavalighting (LZ doesn't sell them anymore)

-don't do the highbeams.

-01silber did the euro lights conversion. can't get the parts anymore, though.

do this mod at your own risk, it can sometimes cause problems with the electrical in the car (not mention it's illegal ). if you find a kit you like, i would recommend 4300K...nothing higher than 6000K. i had 6000K...looked beautiful but would reduce visibility in the rain (too blue, would reflect back to me). good luck

I am looking at the ProjectorZ with DDE Lighting Plus. Can I add HID's to this later? The lenses will accompodate a true HID Bulb and ballast ignitor system?
