I have read all the post on x drilled rotors.. Bob and anyone that have used zimmerman, have you had any problems as far as normal street use goes, do they look like crap after a few months?? Im asking because most comments are from people that have not used them but have heard from someone else Bob you said you wore yours out, was this from tracking it or were they just crap rotors? Woundlt I beable to have the hats powder coated ?? anyone see a problem with this?
and what are the chance that the new M5 x drilled factory rotors would fit ?> yeah I doubt it

had a set on my 535i back in the day. managed to crack a rotor from doing 2 stops from 120mph back to back. I'd go euro floater if you plan on getting any real benefits. The only percieved benefit was the cool looks. Other than that, a waste of money IMO.

Max's front rotors are 300mm x 22mm. Euro M rotors won't fit.
Max, you could powdercoat the hat portion, but you'll want it to be high-temp powder. Color selection is fairly limited. I've seen smooth black, fine texture black, and fine texture silver. I use fine texture black on the back of my wheel spacers.
With your mileage, you're nowhere near needing new rotors.
